How to get balbasaur charmander or squirtle in the game

Get Charmander in the game

In Cerulean City after you pass the nugget bridge you will see a man in the top left corner of the screen, go talk to him and he will give you a Charmander.

 

Get Squirtle in the game

Go to Vermilion City and in the center of the town you will see an Officer Jenny talk to her and she'll give you a Squirtle.

 

Get Bulbasaur in the game

After you get Squirtle, go to Cerulean city, and in one of the houses there is a lady, who has Pokemon next to her. Talk to her and she will ask you a question. Choose the top answer and she will ask you another question. Choose the top answer again and you get Bulbasaur!
